Smarterre is the compass that guides our actions. We initiated its drafting to prove that a fair and sustainable society is very much on the horizon. To facilitate this, we interviewed citizens working on a specific theme (health, planning, education, etc.). This has resulted in the programme, which is nothing more than a social project.
